Organic Puffed Spelt
Organic Puffed Spelt is a delicious, light breakfast cereal alternative. They are made by applying heat and pressure to the whole grain to make light spelt puffs.
Spelt is one of the oldest cultivated grains although technically it's not a grain but a seed. It is high in fibre, has a higher content of protein and vitamins than wheat and although not gluten free, spelt can be tolerated by some people with wheat allergies.
A tasty, light addition to muesli mixes and cereals, or use in healthy snacks. Why not make your own muesli using our puffed spelt?

Organic Unbleached White Spelt Flour
No GMO. Preservative free.
Storage
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
Shelf Life
Up to 12 months when stored as above. See Best Before date.
